PrivateFly flying high: Named UK’s 4th fastest-growing export success
What a fantastic week for PrivateFly last week, culminating in being named as the UK’s 4th fastest-growing SME export.
The ranking was published on May 15th, in the Sunday Times Heathrow SME Export Track 100, an annual review of the UK’s top 100 small and medium sized businesses, across all industries, which have shown the most growth in their overseas sales revenue over the past two years.
It’s validation for the expansion efforts we’ve made to achieve this incredible growth curve of 239% in our international sales.
Both in Europe, where our sales have been moving steadily upwards every year, for several years now.
And our rapid growth over the past two years in the USA – where our disruptive business model is showing real traction and where we now have a permanent base, having opened a new office in Fort Lauderdale earlier this year.
To be placed so close to the top is fantastic recognition for our whole team, I’m so proud of all of them and the efforts they’ve made to achieve this result.
Over the past eight years, PrivateFly has been a trailblazer for innovation in private jet charter.
We were the first platform to offer online private jet charter in 2008; and the first to launch a private charter smartphone app in 2010. Competitors have entered – and left – the marketplace since, and there is now no doubting our assertion that technology in our industry is the way ahead.
